We highly encourage consistent attendance to create strength in skills, progression continuity and ability to level up. We do not offer any “make-up classes” as our classes are usually booked at capacity. However, we offer what is called ABSENCE CONVERSIONS because we know multiple valid reasons arise to warrant an absence from class. Coaches will miss your child in class that day, but you can recoup up to 4 ABSENCES during the semester through the Front Desk for various events and programs at the gym. Contact the Front Desk or the full ABSENCE POLICY HERE to get more details to help you plan!
Yes! If you are experiencing a schedule conflict with the class you selected, you can transfer your child to an open class that better suits your schedule, pending that class’s availability. If you transfer out of a full or almost full class, there is no guarantee of your space to return to that original class if you change your mind, as one of our eager students on the waitlist may grab that space right away!
We partner with a foundation Discover Fitness Foundation that provides scholarships to students with various applications covering special needs, children fighting childhood-obesity, competitive gymnastics talent or pronounced financial need.
We are most available during general business hours for a gym-tour or to assist you with registration. Please stop by the Front Desk or contact us at 713-680-0045 for assistance.

We hope you’re not needing to be gone for long! In order to drop a class, you need to contact the Front Desk or stop by to complete the DROP FORM for your child’s class. Upon return of the Drop Form, an in-house CREDIT will be placed on your account for any remaining unused classes left in the session to date. This in-house CREDIT on your account here at the gym can be utilized for anything like next semester’s tuition, Camps, Birthday Party, Discover Kids Nights, Flip it Fridays, Stay & Play, other siblings on your account and even Proshop purchases. A Drop Form must be completed in order to place a CREDIT on your account. Not attending class or absence of communication, does not indicate a need to drop the class space your child is occupying.

Yes! We have very successful competitive athletes on our Boys Team, Girls Team and XCEL Girls Team that have meets regionally and nationally. Competitive gymnastics is a whole-family type of commitment that is both demanding and rewarding. Some gymnasts have the goal to strive for making some of our competitive teams, but we also offer amazing recreational gymnastics focused on quality skills, progression, coordination building, performance opportunities to grow confidence through fun recital events like our annual Mini Olympics, Reindeer Games or our Skills Meets Program that recreational students participate in around the greater-Houston area with a uniform and awards!
For a free evaluation of your child’s skill-level contact the Front Desk to coordinate a brief 10-minute evaluation meeting with one of our Coaches.
For very personalized information and a check-in conversation about your child’s progress throughout our programs, we recommend to first open up communication with your child’s Coach and Program Director overseeing their classes and lesson plans directly.
