Birthday Parties may share the gym with Team practice, Private Lessons, and other activities. Birthday Party staff will indicte the area available during your party and review brief safety guidelines at the party. Reminder, our equipment is for children’s use during the party, not for adult use.

Coaches and Facility
You have access inside of our 22,000 square foot state of the art facility and the best Birthday Team in Houston. Reminder, children under the age of 6 require parent supervision alongside our staff running the party.
Set up and Clean up
Sit back, relax, and enjoy your party! No need for you to stay after and clean up, we’ve got everything covered.
We provide paper plates, napkins, tablecloths and spoons for the kids. Paper plates for adults for an additional charge.
All Food Items
Bring any food and drink items you wish to have, no limitations or restrictions. Just no glass.
Additional Party Favors and Decor
You can bring party favors that go along with your theme, as well as any additional decorations. We do not allow glitter, confetti, glass, or silly string.
The Party Guests
We can accommodate up to 60 kids for a Birthday Party. The first 20 kids are included in the price, each additional child is $15 extra.

Birthday Party Rules and Policies
AS OF JANUARY 1, 2015 SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED.
I UNDERSTAND I DO NOT HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GYM. THE GYM WILL BE IN USE FOR TEAM PRACTICE AND OTHER ACTIVITIES ON SATURDAYS AND SOME SUNDAYS.
FOR THE SAFETY OF THE TEAM GYMNASTS PRACTICING, FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS PROHIBITED.
I understand that all alcohol must be in cans/plastic bottles and that NO ONE who drinks may be on any gym equipment.
I understand the gym equipment is for children,not for use by adults. Adults may stand near equipment to help their child.
NO GLASS, glitter, or breakable decorations are allowed in the gym.
I understand that ABSOLUTELY no food or drink is allowed on the gym floor.
I understand that the birthday party deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and only $100+tax of deposit will go towards the total price.
For parties celebrating more than one child’s birthday, there is an additional charge of $15 per birthday child. (Due at the time of deposit)
I understand that paper goods for children are included in the price. Paper goods for adults are available for $12 extra.
I understand that each child attending must have a SIGNED WAIVER (BDP Waiver) from a parent in order to participate. See attached form that can be returned via email prior to your party or delivered in person upon check-in for the party.

I understand that the party time is 90 minutes and that there is an additional charge of $75 +tax if I run late over that time.
I understand that if I want additional time, I must book the next party slot if it’s available.
I understand that a parent must be present on the gym floor or nearby watching their child under the age of 6 for more supervision.
I understand that I will be contacted the week prior to the date of the party for a final number of guests if fewer show up, then I remain responsible for full payment of confirmed guests.
I understand that the birthday party deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Parties may be rescheduled upon approval by the manager for a fee of $25.Any cancellations on your part will result in the loss of the deposit. No exceptions.
Attire requirement – Anything comfortable. Shoes may not be worn on the gym floor or equipment.
I understand that the party host may arrive a maximum of 15 minutes prior to the start of their party to setup.
