Our Preschool Program

is full of fun, active, and engaging gymnastics instruction for boys and girls ages 3-5 years old! Children will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a one-hour class using modified ‘Olympic apparatus’ scaled to their height. Our aim is to bring gymnastics to everyone as we focus on the fun of learning while developing essential coordination, social skills, listening, and gross motor skills. Each class has a lesson plan that rotates each week to build skill development and retention. Our coaches encourage every student in a personalized way to focus on each child’s unique progression and curiosity through learning gymnastics.
