Summer Camp!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is with great excitement that we welcome you to Summer Camp 2026 at Discover Gymnastics!
Our goal is to provide every child with a fun, safe, and engaging experience while learning
gymnastics skills, making new friends, and building confidence.
Our staff has been working hard to prepare for another exciting summer filled with activities,
games, crafts, and gymnastics instruction. We are committed to creating a positive environment
where campers feel supported, active, and included.
Summer Camp will run from June 8th – August 7th, 2026.
Camp Hours
● Full Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Half Day (AM): 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
● Half Day (PM): 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Additional Options
● Early Drop-Off: 7:30 AM ($10)
● Drop-Off Window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
● Regular Pick-Up: 5:00 PM
● Late Pick-Up until 6:00 PM ($20)
Camper Safety and Supervision
The safety and well-being of our campers and staff remain our top priority. Our coaches are
trained to supervise campers closely and ensure a safe environment throughout the day.
To support this, we:
● Maintain small camper-to-coach ratios
● Supervise campers during all activities
● Regularly clean and disinfect equipment and common areas
● Provide clear safety instructions during gymnastics activities
Camper Honor Code
To ensure a positive experience for everyone, campers are expected to follow the Discover
Gymnastics Camper Honor Code.
Campers agree to:
● Treat coaches, staff, and fellow campers with kindness and respect
● Follow all safety rules and coach instructions
● Keep hands and feet to themselves
● Use equipment properly and safely
● Show good sportsmanship and teamwork
● Help keep the gym clean by picking up after themselves
Our goal is to create a camp environment where every child feels safe, supported, and
encouraged.
This year, in order to ensure campers are getting the full Summer Camp experience, we are no
longer allowing electronic devices to be brought with campers.
If a camper must bring an electronic device, then it is required for the device to stay in their
backpack or cubby at all times. If an emergency arises and you must contact your camper,
please call the front desk and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Drop Off Procedures
Camp drop-off takes place in front of the building using a drive-through system. Please remain
in your vehicle while camp staff assist your child with check-in.
Parking in the front area is reserved for quick drop-off only. If you need to speak with staff or
complete paperwork please park past the palm trees or in the back parking lot.
Each day during drop-off, you will sign your child in and provide:
● Name of the person picking up
● Signature of the person dropping off
● Time of drop-off.
Please do not leave your child until they have been checked in by a staff member.
Pick Up Procedures
Pick-up will take place in the back of the building. Please remain in your vehicle while a staff member brings your child to you.
Campers must be signed out each day by a parent, guardian, or authorized pick-up person. For
safety purposes, ID’s will be checked upon arrival when picking up a camper.
Please do not leave with your child until they have been officially signed out.
What to Bring to Camp
Weekly Camp Themes
Each week of camp features a different theme with related crafts, games, and activities. Every Friday afternoon, campers will enjoy a special activity or entertainment related to the weekly theme.
