LEVEL PLACEMENT

New athletes are placed based on age, experience, and skill evaluation. Our coaching staff may recommend level adjustments to ensure each gymnast is in the best environment for their success and safety. Some levels may need repetition to provide more time to fully absorb the skill requirements. Each gymnast’s journey through the progression of gymnastics is personal, and that means more time to solidify the physicality and mental confidence to safely advance into the next tier of skills at times. Invitational and Developmental programs are coach-recommended.
