Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful sport that combines gymnastics elements and dance with hand-held apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs. Your daughter will enjoy exploring her creativity while learning great body control, flexibility, increased dexterity, coordination, artistry and elegance, spatial awareness and overall confidence. Students love our Rhythmic Gymnastics program here, and we are proud to be the only gym in Houston to offer lessons in this unique sport. All levels of interest are welcome to begin Rhythmic Gymnastics in our recreational classes for ages 6-17yrs old. This will be your daughter’s favorite activity in the week!
