Basic Gymnastics Skills | Balance | Gross and Fine Motor Coordination

A parent-child interactive program for children age 4 years and up with special needs including (but not limited to) any Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome*, Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, Developmental Delay, Chromosome Deficiency, and any physical disability.

Children learn the fundamentals of Olympic style gymnastics using modified Olympic apparatus. Children are encouraged to participate and progress at their own ability with the emphasis on overall fitness and coordination. All classes have a student to teacher ratio of 10 to 1 or better. 

Children with special needs under the age of 4 may join any Discovery Class.
